About the 2026 Ford Mustang
The 2026 Ford Mustang is available at Brinson Ford in Athens TX. The base engine is a solid four-cylinder Ecoboost that delivers 315 hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque.* For Mustang purists, there's a 5.0L V8 that provides 480 hp and 418 lb.-ft. The optional performance exhaust delivers slightly more power and torque.
Technology Highlights
A 13.2" infotainment screen and a digital gauge cluster sit behind a panel of curved glass on the dashboard. Wireless phone mirroring is standard, and there's an optional wireless smartphone charging pad. Voice commands and over-the-air updates are also included, along with Ford's suite of driver safety tech.
Design & Styling
The Mustang is available in six core trim levels in 2026. Buyers can customize everything from engine and wheel size to seat upholstery to equip their new ride. Ford offers a new Remote Rev system this year, which lets the driver admire the RPMs while standing outside their new Mustang.
